​I have employed Josie Koth for over 6 months to clear out 50 years of excessive accumulative clutter which was too big of a task for me. She was completely in charge of organizing, and removing large, small, and cumbersome items. It took 6 months to reorganize the house. The basement was also completely emptied, I am so happy and appreciative of her efforts, and plan to ask her to assist on any other work that I need. I also found Josie totally trustworthy. She came to me with items I forgot I had. She was proactive and a self-starter, when we talked about tasks for the day and could not get to, she remembered and made sure those tasks where her first priority the following day. She is also pleasant with whom to work which made the stress able to be tolerated.
